How long does it take to receive my product?

Typically, it takes about 4-7 business days for our product to be produced and dispatched. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days. Please note that during holidays, our production time may vary.

Note: To ensure timely delivery, it's advisable to place your order at least 20 days before your event to account for any possible delays.

Can I change the destination country of my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, you cannot change the shipping address.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free worldwide for orders over $50.00, except for certain remote areas.

How will I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to be shipped. Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing due to customized work involved. Once you receive the email, please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update with the logistics company. Please note that delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently offer international shipping. Please note that all prices on our site are in USD, and your card will be charged in your respective currency upon completing the transaction.

If your personalized product undergoes remaking, your order might be delayed. Only items that pass our quality inspection process meet our standards and are sent out to ensure a perfect gift for you. Currently, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery times. Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses, and overnight shipping is not offered.

We will confirm the adjustment or cancellation upon completion. Please note, orders are only eligible for modifications or cancellations within 5 hours of placement. Once this timeframe has passed, orders are locked for processing and cannot be altered.

Please be advised that modifying designs may impact delivery times, as it requires additional processing. Personalized orders are locked for processing immediately upon completion, preventing adjustments, including shipping details. We recommend thoroughly reviewing all details before proceeding with your order.

Exchanges:

As items from MY COMFORT NEST are custom-made and printed specifically for you, returns are not feasible unless the item is defective. However, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and will gladly replace your order under the following circumstances:

• The product is flawed.
• The print quality is subpar.
• The received product differs from the originally represented item on our website.

Refunds (if applicable):

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
